Advocating for Environmentally Sound Technologies and exploring Evolutionarily Appropriate Wellness
Hello, I am Dr Biswas, Msc, PhD, MBA. I am a passionate scholar of science who is fascinated by exploring the science of life in all its beauty, complexity, diversity and entangled nature that connects everyone and everything on our planet. I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology with cum laude from the esteemed Georg-August University of Goettingen, Germany.
I am intrigued by Corporate Governance challenges, especially on the true impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Shareholder Activism. I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin Business School, Deakin University, Australia.
I have worked in academia and industry for over 12 years. I am Dr. Biswas, and I look forward to opportunities to continue fostering innovation and excellence to support our Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for our plant.
Interview featured by Industry Magnates. In the discussion, I delved into the evolving role of innovation and research in shaping sustainable business strategies—a topic that's crucial for driving long-term value in today’s competitive landscape.
I've seen firsthand how strategic innovation can transform an organization, and I believe this experience is essential for boardroom discussions.
Serving humanity to reach the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by advancing Environmentally Sound Technologies (ESTs) and empowering for good Health and Well-being by offering the knowledge to understand Evolutionarily Appropriate Wellness. I aspire to create a harmonious world through innovation, education, and sustainable practices where both the planet and its inhabitants thrive.
I provide leadership to organisations to develop Environmentally Sound Technologies (EST). I advocate for innovative solutions and practises designed to impact the environment less and help promote sustainable development. ESTs put a high priority on saving resources, reducing pollution, and preserving natural resources. ESTs cover a wide range of areas of research, such as renewable energy, waste management, clean transportation, and manufacturing processes that are environmentally friendly. By using EST in different areas, societies can slow climate change, reduce pollution, and ensure long-term ecological stability. This helps more sustainable and harmonious coexistence between human activities and the environment. I am enthusiastic about deciphering cutting-edge bioscience research for its application in product development. I promote awareness for the safe, appropriate, and ethical use of cutting-edge research; and generate actionable insights for all stakeholders.
I offer organisations and people the knowledge they need to understand Evolutionarily Appropriate Wellness so that people can take back ownership of their own health. Interestingly, the rate of technological change, decades, and the rate of biological change, millennia, are incompatible. This has led to so many chronic health conditions and unnecessary suffering. I look into cross-disciplinary knowledge so that we, who have the same bodies as our cave-dwelling ancestors, can survive in today's urbanised world full of toxic substances, unhealthy environments, and inappropriate lifestyles that our bodies are not made for because evolution takes millions of years. I have a passion for unravelling and tying together numerous unexpected findings from various fields in an effort to comprehend how our lives have wandered from our basic biology and how our way of life become ancestrally inappropriate or inconsistent with our physiology. I also explore ways to alter the direction of this degeneration by altering our everyday habits and choices.
Towards creating a harmonious world through innovation, education, and sustainable practices where both the planet and its inhabitants thrive.
